You are the stars of the day and my role is to help you shine as your love story is shared with those who mean the most to you - your friends and family.
My style is welcoming, calm, joyous and modern.
Working together, we will create a ceremony that reflects who you are as a couple — it will be personalised and uniquely suited to you, creating many happy memories for your future.
While marriage is a joyous and emotional step in life, it also has a serious side. As a registered marriage celebrant, I will handle the legal requirements for marriage under Australian Law.
This means you can relax and enjoy your day to the fullest, focussing on each other and your guests.
Typical fees are as follows:

As a registered marriage celebrant, I am obligated to:
Meet with you to explain the legal obligations, review and manage your documents, and get to know you both.
Offer you guidance, assistance and support from when we first meet through till you become a married couple.
Adhere to the Marriage Regulations (1963) and the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants.
Liaise with the other people involved in your ceremony to ensure it runs smoothly and to plan.
Fulfil all legal requirements under the Marriage Act 1961.

In Australia, you can marry anywhere and at any time, as long as you have the necessary permissions. Many couples choose to marry at wedding venues or non-denominational chapels, but the location is entirely up to you. Living in the Northern Rivers area, I can tell you there are many beautiful options to choose from!

Absolutely, "love is love" and provided you both meet the requirements under the Marriage Act I am more than happy to be your celebrant. It will be an honour to witness your love and commitment.

I encourage you to do so as it adds so much to your relationship and commitment to each other. I will assist you to do this if you need a helping hand.
Part of my role is to ensure that the legal vows required by law are included in the ceremony but the rest is entirely up to you and your partner's ideas.

Anyone can witness your marriage provided they are over 18 years of age. It is always nice if your witnesses are special people in your lives but under the law it can be anyone over 18 years of age.
It is also imperative that your witnesses are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and therefore not able to understand the seriousness of that role.
